The City of Surprise, AZ offers adaptive cooking and arts and crafts classes as well as several "buddies" sports programs, including basketball, bowling and baseball.

Mesa - Rhythm And Motion Dance Studio - Friends in Motion Program

From their website:

In this one-hour performance class, students of all ages with physical and/or developmental disabilities are introduced to a variety of styles of dance. Each month will focus on a specific genre that will encourage students to explore many ways of movement, all while accommodating to each student's specific needs.

There is an opportunity to perform in the studio's two recitals each year.
